About Women’s Golf

Women’s Golf supports the University mission by providing significant components of the whole-person Stockton education. Stockton student-athletes perform both in the classroom and on the course. The student-athlete graduation rate is higher than that of non-athletes, with 75% having a GPA of at least 3.0. These athletes and teams represent the very best of Stockton. 

2019-20 Highlights

• The Stockton women’s golf team played in five tournaments during its first season as an intercollegiate team before the spring portion of the slate was canceled due to COVID-19. Under the direction of head coach Rodger Gottlieb, the Ospreys made their intercollegiate debut at the Ursinus Invitational on September 17.
• Danielle Elia led Stockton with a scoring average of 91.3 strokes while playing a total of six rounds. Elia’s best round was an 83 at the Ursinus Revolutionary Classic. She finished in the top 10 at three tournaments, highlighted by sixth place at the Arcadia Knights Invitational.
• Freshmen Madison Sauder and Tamara Farrow also contributed for the Ospreys. Sauder posted a scoring average of 124.7, with a best round of 116 in her college debut at the Ursinus Invitational. Farrow averaged 125.8 strokes and shot a season-best 118 at the Arcadia Knights Invitational.
