“This trip was an eye opening experience not just mentally but emotionally. With this being my first semester of college and living in a new area, I don't have many friends (none at all to be frank). This trip has lead me to build new connections with those who have experiences like mine. Seeing and experiencing the sites helped me visualize the material we are reading in class.
